MFD is building a nationwide field network around real fireplace work. Professionals are selected by territory and capability, then measured on accuracy, responsiveness, documentation, and customer care. Good performance is intended to earn more opportunity and better network benefits over time.

Vetting
MFD checks business identity, public presence, insurance, credentials, service area, reputation, and conflicts.
Prequalification
Strong candidates can be placed in a prequalified pool while the final Network agreement and commercial terms remain separate.
Activation
No customer assignment begins until the final written terms are accepted and the applicable activation gates are satisfied.
Professional operations
Tools for active field work.
Partners sign in with an account MFD has verified and linked to their professional profile. Customer details are available only for released assignments and current eligibility.
Field measurement report
Open an active assignment from your signed-in workspace to submit measurements, private photographs, exceptions, and field findings. MFD reviews the locked report and retains the fitment decision.
Application & network review
New professionals and firms that are not yet active should begin with the founding-professional application. MFD reviews every applicant before activation.
Authenticated partner workspace
Review your network standing, coordinate released assignments, and send availability or profile updates for MFD review. Staff verification connects your account; registration alone does not authorize access.
Trade & supply
Browse parts, care products, and Iron Mate dealer supply. Verified partners can submit private supply inquiries and read MFD’s response. Commercial terms require confirmation for the actual purchase.
