A note from MFD
The fireplace may be local. The standard should travel.
A customer may need a sweep, an inspection, a repair, or simply a practiced eye on a difficult opening. The Network places that judgment where it belongs: in the room. MFD then carries the record forward, makes the product decision, and keeps the door transaction accountable from first photograph to final order.

The understanding

The professional observes, measures, photographs, and states uncertainty plainly. MFD reads that evidence, maintains the customer record, and decides what may responsibly be sold.
We welcome serious firms. A company that sells fireplace doors may request review, but it must disclose those activities in full. Any conflict with MFD’s customer relationship may prevent acceptance.
