Order record
WooCommerce status describes the order record. It does not by itself prove production, shipment, or delivery.
Production update
MFD records the latest known production or fulfillment position when information is available.
Ship commitment
Original and revised ship-by dates remain separate so a revised estimate does not erase the earlier commitment.
Shipment evidence
A recorded MFD ship date and carrier information are separate from a tracking number merely existing.
Delivery
Carrier transit and delivery are their own stage. Damage or missing-item evidence belongs in Delivery Inspection.
