You do not need the correct terminology before you contact us. Send what you can see and what you know. We can work forward from evidence.
One clear photograph showing the complete fireplace or appliance.
Manufacturer, model, rating plate, label, or other readable markings when available.
Close photographs of the existing part, mounting point, damage, or missing location.
Dimensions and markings recorded separately when size or geometry controls the replacement.
